Conditions for returning goods
According to the current law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
In what condition are product returns accepted?
The product can be opened for inspection, but the packaging must be original and undamaged.
The product must not bear any signs of use. The heating mat or cable must be originally wound. The product laid on the floor and wound back is a used product.
Components in heating sets in transparent bags with visible contents must be originally sealed.
The product must not be dusty or otherwise dirty, neglected.
Details of the return transfer steps:

Log in to your account, then in the returns panel, select the goods you would like to return;

In the next steps, select the return by clicking and choose the form in which you would like to receive the returned money;

Generate the return documents with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;

Put the packaged goods along with the return document into the carton intended for shipping and seal it well. Send the product back to the given address.

We will refund your money, in the form selected in the return wizard, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, it usually takes less time. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
