A versatile modular system with many interchangeable components that can be easily configured and expanded as needed for any application. A wide range of reliable nVent RAYCHEM TraceTek alarm-location modules and modular components for small installations to kilometer-long solutions covering entire buildings, from underground levels to attics, with a network.

The nVent RAYCHEM TraceTek leak detection system consists of the following basic components:

• Sensor cables - linear detection, the cable detects the presence of liquid along its entire length, triggers an alarm and locates the leak with an accuracy of one meter.
• Sensor probes - detect the source of leakage in drip trays, sumps or wet areas.
• Connection and extension cables - these are cables that connect the module to sensors and other sensing components.
• Module termination - this is the termination on each leg of the sensor cable in the circuit.
• Accessories - components, such as brackets, that are used to fix the sensor cable
• Sensor interface modules - these modules provide the excitation voltage necessary to operate the sensor cable or point probe, determine the quality and status of the sensors. They can operate independently or transmit data to master modules.
• Master alarm modules - allow full control of extensive liquid leak detection networks. They indicate leaks with an accuracy of one meter, raise an alarm, store the history of events, allow integration with external networks such as Modbus, etc.
