nVent RAYCHEM QuickNet-90 W/m² is a heating mat designed for under floor panels, vinyl panels and laminated wood parquet. The heating mat should be poured with a self-leveling screed with a thickness of min. 15 mm and lay any type of flooring.

Heating mat QuickNet-90 placed in the self-leveling screed is resistant to mechanical damage. It is a solution for years, floor panels can be replaced or repaired during this time.

The heating mat QuickNet-90 has a safe heating power of 90 W/m², which will not damage floor panels, vinyl panels or any other temperature-sensitive material. Remember to set the floor temperature limit on your thermostat to 27°C.

How to install the heating mat?

When calculating the area under the heating mat, it is important to remember not to lay it under permanent buildings (cabinets standing directly on the ground, under the bathtub, under the washing machine). The heating mat is moved away min. 5 cm from the walls. It is also important to remember to maintain a minimum distance of 90 mm between heating cables when laying heating mats (red grid), as shown in the photo. The width of the red mesh is 50 cm.
